With Crispy Catering's 4-option platter model, you choose four items from our current selection, and we prepare them in generous, well-presented quantities for your guest count. Every platter is fresh, every item is made with care, and every event gets the same level of attention regardless of size.
Our Finger Food Selection
Our menu rotates seasonally, but current favourites include smoked salmon canapés on cucumber, herb crepe rolls with chicken or ham, handmade charcuterie and cheese boards, savoury muffins and pastries, fruit tarts, and sweet bites for dessert.
How the 4-Option Model Works
You select four items from our current menu. We prepare all four options in quantity — typically 3–4 pieces per person per item. The platters arrive labelled and ready to put out, styled to look great on any table. Want more than four options? We can accommodate larger selections — just ask.
Dietary Flexibility
We always ensure there's something for everyone. Our platters include clearly labelled GF (gluten-free), VG (vegetarian), and vegan items. When you place your order, let us know the dietary breakdown of your guest list and we'll make sure the selection reflects that.
Presentation & Delivery
Finger food only looks as good as its presentation. Ours arrives in our signature packaging, styled and ready to plate. Delivery is timed to arrive before your guests do, so everything is fresh when it matters most. We deliver across Auckland — from the CBD and Parnell to the North Shore and beyond.
